• Not having been sanctioned for undeclared work.

• The basic constattor of the company
• Legal record of the company
• Proof of payment of the work permit fee / person
• Organization chart
• CI the person authorized to collect the unemployment certificate and submit the file to the IGI, where appropriate and contact number

From the final selection of the candidates and the start of the procedures, until the arrival of the people and the start of the activity we estimate between 3 - 4 months. In the list below we present the maximum deadline for each step to be completed:

• Selection and interviews - 5 - 10 working days;
• Labor Opinion - 30 - 45 calendar days;
• Long-stay visa - 10 - 30 working days;
• Residence permit - 30 calendar days.
